Orders & Payment

All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) and are displayed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP).
We accept the following secure payment methods: credit cards, e-wallets, and cash on delivery (COD).

Keswa reserves the right to cancel any order in cases of incomplete information or suspected misuse.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery Time: 3 to 7 business days within Egypt, depending on your location and peak season demands.

Shipping Fees: Calculated automatically at checkout. We also offer free shipping promotions for orders exceeding a certain amount from time to time.
In the event of circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions or courier delays, we will promptly notify you of any changes to the delivery schedule.

Returns & Exchanges

Customers have the right to return or exchange products within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided that:
- The items are in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging.
- A valid invoice or proof of purchase is provided.
Returns do not apply to:
- Custom-made items.
- Accessories (for hygiene reasons).
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
