When ordering from countries other than those listed above, all prices exclude VAT/tax and duties. Prices also exclude costs for physical inspection at customs in countries where this is required. Please note that we cannot undervalue orders, or mark them as a gift.

Delivery

Axel Arigato offers UPS delivery services. The available delivery service, cost and estimated delivery time is based on your location and will be displayed at the checkout.

Returns

Axel Arigato offers free returns within 30 days. Please note that all returns must be sent using our prepaid pre-printed return label. The order must be returned in original condition with included original packaging and sent via the designated courier printed on the label.

Returns must arrive in their original condition with tags attached and in their original packaging. Any labels, accessories and additional items received with the product must be returned, too.

Please note that items purchased online cannot be returned in store.
